As is the case with every senior I work with, Madeline and I planned a customized senior experience that first included a senior portrait session to highlight her involvement with music and to celebrate her position as the drum major of the Standley Lake High School marching band. We arranged for permission and assistance to use the music room as well as to transport her instrument, and 12 ft. marimba, outside of the school, which required unhinging the front doors!
We also used this time to take portraits with her letter jacket, which was fitting considering the location. It is always fitting for your senior pictures to choose your letter jacket as one of your outfits. It's a great way to show off all of your high school achievements.
